“Absolutely stunning from the perspective of two architecture students. Everything you'd need for a relaxing stay. Incredible bath to enjoy. One of the most unique places we've ever stayed in!”

"Beautiful one of a kind home in a lovely setting. The indoor plant and irrigation system was magnificent! The architectural finishes were amazing! And just 6 minutes to Sugarbush, we could not have been more pleased. As my adult son said, “this is the coolest air b n b I’ve ever stayed in.”

"The concrete home on Prickly Mountain was the antidote I needed. Not only does it reside in an immaculately serene valley, but the personality of the house rejuvenates one’s belief in creativity, functionality, and connection to the environment. The house quietly defies modern lightweight construction. The Vermont winter is indelibly etched in some of the local’s countenances. During the entirety of our stay we could not escape the fraternal reverence held towards the environment- for a city-dweller this detail was particularly impactful. If the architecture and the refreshing cultural change wasn’t enough; I wasn’t tailgated a single time while staying here! "

"What a unique place! One of the most special properties we've had the privelege to stay in. We could not have been more pleased with the stunning setting and clear intentionality with this purposeful property. We hope to return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Madsonian House! Probably one of our top 5 Airbnb experiences. The house looks even better in real life than in pictures. Bed was super comfortable, house had everything we needed during out 3-night stay, and we couldn't stop taking pictures of its beautiful interior. The area is very quiet and peaceful, yet it's a short drive to nearby restaurants and Sugarbush. Would definitely recommend this property & hope to return again in the summer!"

"This was the most beautiful place I ever stayed at, what an experience! The vibes are so peaceful and the entire place was amazing. It's even better than the pictures. We went skiing - Sugarbush was only a 15 min drive away too. We were speechless when we first entered the house and would love to stay here again when we have a chance!"

"There are a number of amazing reasons to visit Vermont, and this house is one of them. Please, do yourself the favor of staying here - whether it's because you want a place to stay after a day of skiing, or just a reason to get away for a bit and unwind. The house was beautiful, relaxing, serene, and truly felt like it was one with nature. Given the fact that the primary structure of the home was concrete, it felt so welcoming and warm, and the giant fireplace was unlike anything I'd ever seen before."
